Back to Meditation - Day #9


Breathing yogis,

The inhale draws from the earth below and rises through the body from the tailbone to the crown of the head.  

The exhale falls from the crown to the tailbone and back into the earth…..taking with it anything you no longer need.

And then there is a complete stillness. 

Empty. 
 

While pausing in the void, allow yourself to be empty.

Nothing to hold…..  Nowhere to go……  Nothing to do……

It is here where the mind stands still.

 
Every day….at least 10 minutes.

Emptying in order to be filled,
