Back to Meditation - Day #25

Yogis,

Wow, day #25!  Is meditation beginning to find a rhythm in your day?

Sitting.  Breathing.  Noticing.  Naming. 
 

Every day unique.  Every day a gift.  Slow down enough to receive it.

Simple.

Every day…..at least 10 minutes.
