Back to Meditation - Day #12


Yogis,

Breathe with your whole body.  Breathe big!


Watching and counting our breaths.   Inhale…exhale 50.  Inhale…exhale 49.  Simple right?

Every day…..at least 10 minutes.

Counting my breaths with gratitude,
