Slow down…….slow down……. slow everything way down.
 
 
Notice.

The breath.  The space around you.  The sounds.  Your heartbeat. 

Notice.

Your center.  The line of energy that runs from the tailbone to the crown of the head, directly in front of the spine.

Notice.

How it feels to be you.


Every day……at least 10 minutes.
