Back to Meditation - Day #16

Yogis,

Day 16…………….  Beginning to see ourselves just a little bit better. 
 


….which isn’t always easy. 

Noticing our habits.  Noticing our need to fidget.  Noticing every ache, every itch, every unkind thought. 

All are impermanent.  All are not us.  All are just fine.

Tracing the line up through our center with the inhale.  Tracing the line down through our center with the exhale.  50.

Every day…….at least 10 minutes.
