Back to Meditation - Day #14

OOooommmmmm…………………..

Meditation is a path to rediscovering our natural ability to relax.  And it begins with finding our center…. 
The Seven Chakras
Our center is not a single point.  It is a line of energy that runs from the tip of the tailbone up to the crown of the head –just in front of the spine.  In the center we find calm.  In the center we find the present moment. 

So as you count your breaths, imagine them running up and down along this center.  The inhale tracing the line up, and the exhale tracing the line down. 

The more times we draw the line, the easier it becomes for us to find it at will.

Every day…..for at least 10 minutes.
