March Meditation - Day #19


Breathing yogis,

Day #19.  How is everyone doing out there?

So this “every day” thing.  Is that really necessary?     Somehow I’m sure you already know my answer J 
 

Meditation is a discipline.  It is part of the practice of “tapas” – which means heat.  Tapas are the voluntary practices that we do to purify and calm our minds and body.  A yoga practice is another example of tapas. 

So by voluntarily choosing to practice meditation daily, it takes the decision making mind out of the loop from that point forward.  No internal dialog.  No choices to make.   Every day you just meditate.  Simple as that!

Every day……at least 10 minutes.

Each day unique, each day filled with amazing possibilities,
