March Meditation - Day #15


Centered yogis,

We have made it to the ½ way point of the month!  Take a slow full deep breath of acknowledgement that yes, “you” can meditate.


And if you can meditate……just imagine the limitless possibilities of what else you can do.

Om to that!!!

Every day……at least 10 minutes.

Our only boundaries are the ones we impose upon ourselves,
