Yogis,
First – stop whatever you are doing right now. Stop
completely…….. Notice this moment. Now close your eyes and take 3
slow mindful breaths. Changes things, doesn’t it!
These two weeks we are working with the energy of the
heart. And gratitude is one of the most important practices here.
So each day spend a moment coming up with a quick list of 10
things you are thankful for. Written, spoken or thought….doesn’t
matter. Just have them come directly from the heart (not the things you
think you are supposed to be thankful for). Then give a quick thanks to
the Universe!
Here is my list for today:

Seeing the sun return

The vivid colors outside
·
My yoga
·
The special piece of cactus that Molly gave me
·
My breath
·
Deer
·
My neighbor Danny
·
The beautiful shelf that Paul made for me
·
Watching a small songbird bathing in the water
pooled on the grill cover
·
All of you
The more gratitude you share with the Universe, the more of
life’s joys will flow back.
