Moon Month Meditation......once in a blue moon
Come along for the ride
It's back - A guided month of meditation!
The new year is almost here! January is the month where we can no longer simply turn the page in the calendar. We must let go of the old one to unwrap and hang a brand new one. Fresh pages signal a clean slate. An opportunity to release what has been and set intention for what will be.Have you been saying you should begin a meditation practice? Has your current meditation rhythm missed a beat or you want to go deeper? Is the world keeping you up at night? If so, than this is the month for you!
- January 1st - 31st
- A month of emails delivered to your inbox each morning as you wake
- Lessons on how to meditate, inspiration to keep your practice going, ideas and various techniques
- Videos with some how-tos
- Guidance on connecting to the amazing winter moon energy
- All that is needed from you is a commitment of at least 15 minutes per day
- $25 for the month - payable to Serenity Circle Yoga (details upon registration)
- For those who are local, if there is interest I will add to the program one in-person 75 minute workshop here at the studio on a Sunday afternoon ($20 additional)
Send an email to sarah@serenitycircleyoga.com to register!
January begins with a full moon on the 2nd and leaves us with yet another on the 31st. A rare month with a blue moon......
The moon will be our guide as she leads us through her four phases. As she wanes, we too will shed what no longer serves us. In her time of growth we will bring in the new. Establishing a new life long practice along the way.
All are welcome! No experience needed. Only the desire for change.

Everyone can meditate. Yes....even you. Come along for the ride! As my mom always asked me - what's the worst thing that can happen? :)
Blessings to you Sarah!
